I met Mark Scavillo at ARIS ProcessWorld 2008 in Berlin where SAP won the Business Process Excellence Award in the category of Process Intelligence and Performance Management. Mark and the team are driving SAP’s internal BPM approach and I took the chance to ask him some questions how they do that and what are their main fields of engagement.
